               According to the Plan, enterprises that meet the following five conditions can enjoy awards and subsidies: the construction project is legal and compliant, has gone through the EIA approval procedures, and has completed the environmental protection completion acceptance; Solvent-based raw and auxiliary materials are clearly used in the approval and acceptance of the EIA, but the enterprise actively implements the replacement of low (no) VOCs clean raw materials, and stably and continuously uses clean raw materials for more than 6 months (inclusive); VOCs emission reduction of at least 1 ton or more; Having not enjoyed subsidies from central, provincial or other financial funds; From January 1, 2020 to the date of fund release, there are no records of gas related environmental violations and no serious breaches of trust.

               Eligible enterprises can submit relevant application materials to the local ecological environment department before the end of June 2024. For the existence of fraud, failure to change the emission permit in time according to the requirements of the program, the relevant departments will recover the award and compensation funds. If the circumstances are egregious, they shall be dealt with in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
